Is there a free trial?
Yes — every paid plan includes a 30-day free trial. No credit card required to start, and you can cancel any time before the trial ends.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual plans are available on every paid tier and save roughly 8% versus paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your workspace settings any time.
How do the platform fee and card processing work?
Two separate things. Rally charges a small platform fee (1–3% depending on plan) on each booking or dues payment. On top of that, Stripe charges standard card processing — 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction — which goes directly to Stripe, not to us. Everything is deducted before the payout hits your bank, so there’s never a surprise invoice.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you want. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
How do trainer bookings work?
Venue managers create trainer profiles with services, pricing, and availability. Customers book single sessions or recurring weekly series (2–26 weeks). Facility time is bundled automatically, and series pricing is locked at booking so there are no surprises. Starter includes up to 3 trainers (single sessions only), Pro adds recurring series and up to 10 trainers, and Business is unlimited.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can create a venue or team account and explore Rally without entering any payment information. We only ask for a card when you’re ready to start a paid plan.
