Terms of Service

Last updated: April 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a contract between you and Rally Sports Management (“Rally,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using rallyhq.co, app.rallyhq.co, or any associated product (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you are using Rally on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Rally provides software for sports venues, clubs, teams, and athletes to manage facilities, public bookings, trainer sessions, tournaments, team operations, and online payments. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and your role on the account.

3. Accounts and eligibility

To use most features you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. Parents and guardians may add minors as players on a team they administer; they remain responsible for those players’ use of the Service.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you upload to Rally (“Your Content”), including rosters, bookings, photos, and documents. You grant Rally a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you and the people you choose to share it with. You are responsible for obtaining any consents needed from players, parents, customers, or staff before uploading their information.

5. Payments, fees, and refunds

Subscription fees, platform fees, and any per-transaction fees are disclosed on our Pricing page and at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s terms. Platform fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. Refunds for bookings, dues, training sessions, and tournament fees are controlled by the venue, coach, or tournament organizer that collected the payment — contact them directly for a refund request. If Rally cancels your paid subscription for our convenience, we will refund the unused prepaid portion of that subscription.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to transmit unlawful, infringing, harassing, or deceptive content.
  • Collect personal information from minors without a parent or guardian’s consent, or use the Service in violation of children’s privacy laws (including COPPA).
  • Probe, scan, scrape, reverse-engineer, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission.
  • Send spam, phishing, or bulk unsolicited messages through Rally’s email or SMS tools.
  • Interfere with the Service’s integrity, bypass rate limits or access controls, or misuse payment functionality.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without a separate agreement with us.

7. Intellectual property

The Rally software, brand, and site, excluding Your Content, are owned by Rally and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting & database), Resend (email), and Twilio (SMS, optional). Your use of those services through Rally is also governed by their respective terms. Rally is not responsible for third-party services, but we select reputable vendors and configure them to handle your data securely.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that communications sent through Rally will be delivered.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rally and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Rally’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

11. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Rally, its affiliates, and their personnel from any claim or demand — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using Rally and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payments owed, IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify account admins by email or through the Service at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Rally agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute that is not required to be resolved by arbitration under applicable law.
